All jewellery purchased from our online store comes with a  60 days warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing faults and defects. This does not cover accidental breakage or general wear and tear such as faded, scratched or oxidised jewellery.

If you have a faulty item, please contact us here or at and include your full name and order number. Please also include a description and photo of the faulty jewellery. 

If you require a repair after the offered 60 days warranty period we will require a small repair fee and return postage costs will fall to the responsibility of the customer.
