At Coni’s Creations, each piece is thoughtfully handmade using carefully selected materials. We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind the quality of our jewellery.

Warranty Coverage

We offer a 90 days warranty from the date of purchase, primarily covering manufacturing faults.

This includes:

Faulty clasps or closures
Weak or defective links
Loose settings due to craftsmanship issues

If your item has a verified manufacturing fault within this period, we will:

Repair the piece at no cost, or
Replace it if repair is not possible.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

General wear and tear
Tarnishing due to exposure (water, perfumes, chemicals, salt, sweat)
Damage from accidental impact or improper use
Lost or stolen items
Natural variations in shells, pearls, or stones.

Sale Items

All sale items are final and are not eligible for warranty, return, or exchange.

Care Responsibility

To extend the life of your jewellery, we recommend:

Avoid water (especially saltwater and pools)
Remove before showering, exercising, or sleeping
Keep away from perfumes and lotions
Store in a dry, cool place

Warranty Claims

To make a claim, please contact us within the warranty period with:

Proof of purchase
Clear photos of the item and issue

Repairs After Warranty

After the 90 days warranty period, we offer repair services for an additional 60 days (up to 5 months from purchase).

Repairs during this extended period will incur a repair fee, depending on the work required
Repairs are subject to material availability and feasibility
Return postage costs will fall to the responsibility of the customer.

Handmade Disclaimer

Each piece is handmade, making every item unique. Slight variations in shape, colour, or finish are part of the design and not considered faults.
